We use the services of WorldPay Plc. to process your credit card payments. All transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.

We can also accept cheques and postal orders - please email or phone us.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over £49.99 within UK & Europe.

On all orders below £49.99 UK Delivery is £2.95; Delivery Europe - £6.99.

Rest of The World - delivery is free on all orders over £69.99; on orders below £69.99 there is a delivery charge of £7.99.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 days of the order being placed subject to stock.

Please allow for cheque clearance if paying by cheque before we can dispatch your order. During busy times or when an item is out of stock, please allow up to 21 days. For business premises delivery please contact us first.

We use 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service which means your parcel must be signed on for upon receipt.

Back orders

If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your order please return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. All returns must be unworn/unused and tags must not be removed. We are unable to issue a refund for a package we do not receive therefore all returns should be sent via recorded delivery and a proof of postage needs to be retained.

Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings, bikinis & hosiery.

We regret we cannot accept return for on sale items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Once we have received and checked the items we will offer you an exchange or refund to your credit card within 14 days including any delivery cost.
