My email address has changed. How do I make sure that I continue to receive your newsletter?

The easiest way to make sure you continue to receive our newsletter at your new address is to simply visit http://www.opiumboutique.com and register with your new address. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter at your old address, simply send a blank email to the unsubscribe address at the bottom of this page.

How can I check on my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from the system acknowledging your order request. If you would like to find out the status of your order, email us at info@opiumboutique.com with your order number and we will be happy to give you an update.

What is Opium Boutique Wishlist?

Opium Boutique Wishlist is a convenient way for you to save a reminder of an item you would like to purchase later or an item that is not currently in stock. It can also act as a way to let friends and family know what you are interested in for birthdays, holidays or special occasions.

Creating an online account with Opium Boutique will let you create your own personal Wishlist and buy items from our shop. Simply click on "Register" link to fill in the form and your new account will be created straight away. Now browse around and find lots of nice things you like on the website and click the "Add to Wishlist" button.

Finally, enter your friend's email address in the invitation box and click "Invite" by visiting the Wishlist page. Your friend will get a link to a "public" copy of what is on your Wishlist in an email!

How can I ask you a question, and how fast will you respond?

Please call our office number on 0845 467 0529 Mon - Fri 10.00am - 17.00pm If you call and do not get an answer, we are assisting other customers or we are unavailable at the time of your call. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible or within 24 hours. You can also reach us by email at info@opiumboutique.com If you email us and don't get a response right away, we ask that you allow us enough time to answer your email personally and correctly which is approximately 24 hours. Email is checked every morning so you should receive a response within 1 day.

Please Note: We no longer answer your email on either Saturday or Sunday. You may however place and send in orders, send inquiries and other general communication at Opium Boutique. We will answer all communication and take care of all orders and business matters when we return to work.

I'm overseas and want to place an order on your website!

We are happy to accept international orders. All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail, unless another service is requested. For special shipping requests, you may call customer service at +44 (0) 845 475 4521 or email us.

The Opium Boutique website does not hold all stock on hand - some of the ordered items are sourced from suppliers once a customer order is accepted. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. To estimate arrival to you, allow an additional 5 working days for UK delivery and 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery of international orders (on rare occassions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks). Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility.

All international orders must have the SAME billing and shipping Address and are FINAL. Return policy does not apply to any international order.

All transactions will appear on your statement as "The Opium Boutique Ltd."

I have a question about one of the offers. Who do I direct it to?

What if I want to cancel my order?

Simply let us know by email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full. After 24 hours your order will have already been started and cancellation will have be a subject to 20% restocking fee.

Does Opium Boutique have a catalogue?

In order to give you the best prices on the web and offer the large selection of the latest styles, we have chosen to not print a catalogue at this time. All of our products can be seen online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always adding new stock so check with us regularly. You can also request to be added to our mailing list to be notified of new arrivals and special promotions & competitions.

How do I unsubscribe from your listings?

The easiest way to unsubscribe is to click in the unsubscribe link that is included at the bottom of all the offers that we send out to you. This link is encoded with your email and ensures that you will be unsubscribed with the email address you originally gave us.

Please Note: You must use the above-mentioned method to unsubscribe.

Due to the volume of email that we receive, we are not able to process manual unsubscribe requests through email.
